Privacy Policy

How Moozz Innovative Solutions LLP handles contact details, project information, analytics, and communication data.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, scope work, operate the website, and deliver client projects.

  • Contact details you submit, such as name, email, company, phone number, and project notes.
  • Technical website data such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referrer, and approximate region.
  • Project material shared with us during discovery or delivery, including requirements, files, credentials provided through secure channels, and technical documentation.

How we use it

We use personal and project information for direct business purposes only.

  • Replying to enquiries and scheduling calls.
  • Preparing proposals, estimates, project plans, and technical recommendations.
  • Delivering contracted engineering, design, AI, and support work.
  • Improving website reliability, security, and user experience.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to run our business, comply with law, or protect our systems. We keep information only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where law, contracts, security, or accounting obligations require it.

Terms of Use

The basic rules for using this website and engaging with Moozz Innovative Solutions LLP.

Website use

This website is provided for general information about our studio, services, work, and process. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it aggressively, or interfere with its normal operation.

No automatic engagement

Submitting a form, booking a call, or emailing us does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, or service agreement by itself. Project work begins only after both sides accept written commercial terms.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, visuals, branding, layout, and code are owned by Moozz Innovative Solutions LLP or used with permission. You may reference public pages for evaluation, but you may not copy, resell, or repackage them as your own.

Accuracy and liability

We try to keep website information accurate, but it may change without notice. The website is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of the website.

Security

How we approach secure communication, project access, credential handling, and responsible disclosure.

Operational security

We keep project access limited to the people actively working on the engagement and use least-privilege access wherever client systems support it.

  • Credentials should be shared only through approved secure channels, never through public repositories or casual chat.
  • Client repositories, infrastructure, and dashboards should use role-based access and multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Access is reviewed during project handoff, suspension, or completion.

Data handling

We avoid placing secrets, API keys, private datasets, or confidential client material in public code, public documentation, or unmanaged systems. Sensitive data is used only for the intended project purpose.

AI and model workflows

For AI projects, we separate production secrets from experiments, avoid training on client data without explicit approval, and document model, data, and deployment boundaries during delivery.

Report a concern

If you believe you found a vulnerability or exposed secret connected to our website or systems, contact us immediately with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not access, modify, delete, or exfiltrate data that is not yours.
